Board Design and Development: Electronic Board definitions and specifications, Interface protocol design, Component definitions and specifications, Schematic capture and netlist generation, PCB layout, Test and debug, Electronic Hardware integration, Cost optimization.

Product Testing and Verification: Once prototypes of your new product are complete, a variety of testing may be in order. I will perform thorough testing to make sure the product meets design specifications. I will also assist in getting regulatory agency approvals.

Product Manufacturing: I will provide you with all the documentation you need for full production. I do not consider development done until the product is successfully produced in quantity. I can refer you to an extensive network of contract manufacturing resources, and assist in establishing complete turnkey programs.

Documentation Overview: I treat documentation as a process, which takes place before, during, and after the development of tangible goods. I create a design document for each electronic product I develop. I provide complete schematic diagrams, bill of materials, Gerber files for PC board layouts, software source code, etc., as part of overall documentation package. The design document goes beyond those basics to give you background and theory of operation information allowing you to maintain your product well into the future.
